A lot of people ask me how to make TrueTransparency play nice with Windows 7.
The short answer is: You can... well sort of.
Here are the general problems (I'm going to assume people with Win7 are on the 64-bit version, or Win7 x64).
1) Explorer windows are not skinned (or any 64-bit programs for that matter).
2) Explorer windows skin, but the toolbar is completely transparent.
First, you will need both TrueTransparency x86 and x64.
